Flooring Retail Sales Associate
Our flooring installation company is currently seeking outgoing, energetic and friendly candidates to engage with customers in a retail environment and assist them with scheduling free estimate appointments for our estimating team members.
This retail environment has a high yield of success as the customers are there for one purpose, their flooring or tile project needs and they are very easy to engage.
If you have experience in flooring installation, sales and/or estimation would be preferred but not necessary. We are looking for a dependable, friendly, outgoing, motivated team member that can engage with customers. If you are a people person you will flourish in this position.
Key responsibilities:

Greet walk-in customers, assess their needs, and answer any questions.

Obtain customers information and assist them with scheduling free estimate appointments for our estimating team members.

Provide customers with information regarding our installation program and basic understanding of our company’s services.

Act as a liaison between the customer and our company to ensure the customer receives outstanding service and installation services.

Assist our customers with their product selections and facilitate fulfilling their material order.
Desired Skills and Experience:

Retail and showroom sales experience preferred but not required.

Ability to communicate with customers in a professional manner and provide knowledge about products and/or installation methods.

Flooring knowledge is preferred but not required.

Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships

Ability to perform in fast-paced environments

Multi-Tasking

Must be able to pass a background check and be a minimum of 18 years of age.

Estimator/Sales Specialist
Our flooring installation company is currently seeking an Estimator/Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal person will have experience in sales, estimates, be organized, motivated, detail-oriented and driven, and have the ability to work independently. We are offering a competitive salary commensurate with experience, along with a broad benefits package. Job responsibilities include review and evaluate cost estimates, communicate with team members regarding new and current projects, prepare estimates in detail for customers, ensure timely completion of estimates, understand the scope of work, establish and maintain working relationships with customers and suppliers.
Qualifications include 1+ years’ experience in estimates and sales, proficiency with MS Word and Excel, able to multi-task and meet strict deadlines, impeccable problem-solving skills.

Hours are flexible and we provide full training and support.
