Dear Valued Customer,
As residents of the Greater Atlanta area, we are all experiencing the impact of the Coronavirus and we feel it is important to share with you what we are doing to help keep our customers safe and healthy.
We at Trademark Flooring & Improvement wanted to reach out to our valued customers during this unprecedented time to let you know that as we navigate this challenging situation we are continuously monitoring the COVID-19 situations and as always, we are committed to the health and safety of all our customers and employees.
As our country moves forward while taking carefully measured steps to reopen. To better serve you, we have implemented the following precautionary measures to keep our employees and customers safe.
During our in-home consultations, measures & installations:
We are in continuous communication with our employees, vendors & installers and we have adapted certain protocols to limit exposure to the virus. Anyone that has fallen ill has been instructed not to report to work and we have implemented specific self-quarantine procedures as set forth by the CDC.
We clean our equipment with an EPA registered disinfectant prior to each visit.
We wash our hands before, during and after each job and practice social distancing during the estimate process or installation service.
We will clean and disinfect commonly touched surfaces and install temporary protective plastic barriers to separate the work area from other areas of the home where at all possible or feasible.
Members of our team who meet with customers are being equipped with additional cleaning, sanitation and protective tools to help protect themselves and our customers.
Like other businesses, we want to keep everyone healthy. Here’s what you could do to support us during installations:
In efforts to limit exposure to our employees, we ask that if you have had any exposure to the virus that you please let us know right away and we will coordinate new dates for installation or estimates.

Right now, none of us knows how long this crisis will last.
